IS A PREPAYMENT REQUIRED FOR A WEDDING CAKE TASTING?

At this time, we only offer tastings for traveling out of town clients. Wedding cake tastings fee of $45 is required at the time of scheduling the tasting and with the tasting, the couple will receive a sampler box of four cupcakes. After the tasting, if you book your wedding cake with us, the full amount of $45 is applied to your order. If you choose not to book with us, then you forfeit the $45 and it is non-refundable.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO ORDER A WEDDING CAKE?

Yes, a 50% down payment is required for placement of your order and to secure your event date. That is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

IS THERE A DEADLINE TO CANCEL AN ORDER OR CAKE CLASS SIGN-UP?

Yes, in order to receive a refundable portion outside of the down payment on wedding orders, cancellation must occur no later than 45 days prior to the event. For all other custom orders, in order to recieve a full refund, the order must be canceled within one week of placement... any time frame outside of that week, a store credit will be offered. Cake class sign-ups are final sale and only a store credit will be offered or a transfer to another class may be offered, pending availability.

DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE ITEMS?

YES!! We do offer Gluten-Free options, but unlike our Vegan and Nut-Free status, we cannot guarantee that there is no gluten cross contamination.

DO YOU OFFER A CAKE CUTTING SERVICE?

The answer is yes, we absolutely offer that service to our brides. The cutting fee is $1.85 per serving.

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes, we do deliver! Any distance within a 10 mile radius is $25 and any mileage past that is $1.65 per mile, round trip.

DO YOU OFFER CUPCAKE FIXTURES FOR RENTAL?
